What modes of payment are accepted for online orders?

For online orders, you may pay through:

cash on delivery and all international/local debit and credit cards.

What if an item i have ordered is out of stock?

You will be informed once the item is stocked.

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you may  email us to lisboagallery627@gmail.com with you order ID within 24 hours of placing the order as we are afraid that any requests later than 24 hours of ordering may not be processed once it has entered the manufacturing process. 

How do I take care of silver jewelry products?

To maintain the quality of our jewelry pieces, avoid exposing it to water and perfumes. excessive sweating may also fade the polish of the products.
